Coordinator of WETEN project dr. D.Rutkauskiene participated in the Seventh Open Classroom Conference "The European School 2.0". Incubating Creativity and the Capacity for Innovation: Open Content, Social Networking Tools and Creative Learning for All, 15-17 October, 2009 and made a presentation on "Teachers Competences In Higher Education Institutions".
